Dr. Postlewaite is a patient, willing to listen and is willing to figure out what's wrong with you. I've been to 2 other rheumatologists and it seems like they couldn't get you out of their office fast enough. They weren't willing to talk to you or listen to you. Morgan is more than willing to help also. I'm glad I Tok a chance on. Dr Postlewaite He's worth the wait.

My experience with Dr Brad Postlethwaite has been above expectations. He is very knowledgeable, understanding, patient with explaining your situation with you. He patiently tries to see if you have questions, rather than trying to rush you out of the office. He does not reflect that he is there for the money, but there because of his concern for the betterment for his patients. This has been my experience with all of my appointments. My second visit last week went well. It was a follow up on lab work we were waiting on and to see how meds were working. I especially like that I can have my labs done at the office and don’t have to take an order to an outside laboratory. Much more convenient. Dr. Postlethewaite is very kind. He takes his time with you and I don’t feel rushed. He’s down to earth and has a great bedside manner. The front desk receptionist and the assistant/phlebotomist are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very happy I selected Dr. Postlethwaite as my new rheumatologist.

Dr Postlewaite listened , clearly explained the results of testing, made sure my questions were answered and ensured we had a plan in place. While my wait time was almost an hour, once the MD arrived, he took his time . I didn't feel rushed.

Everything was great except for the long wait time. I feel like there should have been more rooms for the patient's instead of the patient's having to wait for a long time to be called back to see the doctor.

Since my first diagnosis of an autoimmune disease years ago, Dr. Postlethwaite has been the most outstanding rheumatologist I have met. He found a condition that I had not known about, and now that I am receiving treatment for it, my pain management is improving. I have just recently started seeing Dr. Postlethwaite after my Rheumatologist retired. I am extremely pleased with him and his staff. They are so nice, supportive and caring. Dr. Postlethwaite is very laid back and spends plenty of time with you. Dr. Postlethwaite is really taking good care of me and will be seeing my daughter soon as she has just been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis as well. If you need a Rheumatologist you can’t go wrong with this practice.

How do you get an appt? No one ever answers the phone, responds to voicemails or Faxes? Are they still Open?

Dr. Postlethwaite is an excellent rheumatologist whom I highly recommend to patients with arthritis and autoimmune conditions, including lupus, sjogren's syndrome, and fibromyalgia. He is caring, thorough and takes the time to clearly explain the test results and treatment plans. The office is clean, well organized, and staffed by friendly professionals. An on-site laboratory allows for convenient completion of blood work immediately following appointments. I recently relocated to the Memphis area and feel fortunate that I found Dr. Postlethwaite as my rheumatologist.

Very thorough exam. I am concerned about the possible side effects of cymbals with other drugs I take. I would like to make an exact list of everything I take along with dosage for you to review. The whole office is full of nice and friendly people. I have been on two visits and one virtual call and I was very pleased with how open the doctor was in talking with me, looking at me & talking to me like he really cared and wanted to help. My last doctor after giving me my original diagnosis seemed impatient and rushed to get me out of there. Many doctors seem to always be in a rush to get you in and out as soon as possible. I loved the human connection I had with the doctor.

The staff is not coronated at all!! My appointment time was 11:45 AM and I was not called to the back until 1:00PM. Then the nurse had an attitude because I was asking what was taking so long. Other patients came in after my time and went back and left before I even got to the back to be triaged! Once in the room I had to wait another 45 minutes before the doctor came in for him to only be in there 10 minutes! No recent labs were drawn and they should have to see what my status was and not go off of someone else’s lab draw that was over a month old!! Only to give me the medication I already take! This was a total waste of my time and day! I will never go back here again and do not recommend for anyone to go there!

I have been seeing Dr. P for well over a year. Because I live so far away from his offices, he does most of my care through telehealth. I do get frequent labs drawn and sent to him and go to one of his offices at least once every six months. He takes the time to listen to updates related to my very complex medical issues and interprets test results that I do not understand. He is always patient and kind and answers all questions posed by me or my significant other. He makes necessary referrals to competent specialists. I have referred several friends to him and even shared his info with my disability attorney for some of her clients in need of a provider. Absolutely no complaints, will continue to recommend him to others.

Dr. Postlethwaite is wonderful. I’ve been diagnosed with Takayasu Arteritis an extremely rare autoimmune disease. He’s helping me with my condition. By doing everything possible to find a solution for my chronic pain. I’m grateful to have found him. I was diagnosed a year ago in February. The rheumatologist I was referred to when discharged from the hospital. Never answered or returned my phone calls. Nor was I ever scheduled for an appointment. Even after being referred to her from the Baptist East. I had so many questions about my autoimmune disease and so many fears as well. After months of being ignored from the rheumatologist I was referred to. I decided to find my own rheumatologist and cave across Dr. Postlethwaite. I called his office and he answered himself I told him what I was going through and he scheduled an appointment with me immediately. So very thankful for him. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a caring doctor he’s your man.
